Compensation Analyst

The Compensation Analyst will support the planning and implementation from a traditional compensation structure to broad salary bands for General Managers, Directors and Executives to include:
Writing job descriptions; Defining management titles and role definitions; Market pricing jobs and Migrating positions to the new structure.

Requires 3-5+ years of compensation experience, Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS and market pricing systems (using Kenexa).
Also, Executive and sales compensation experience is a big plus.
This is a solid growth opportunity with a good organization.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
