Compensation Analyst The Compensation Analyst will support the planning and implementation from a traditional compensation structure to broad salary bands for General Managers, Directors and Executives to include: Writing job descriptions; Defining management titles and role definitions; Market pricing jobs and Migrating positions to the new structure. Requires 3-5+ years of compensation experience, Demonstrated proficiency with HRIS and market pricing systems (using Kenexa). Also, Executive and sales compensation.
