Position Description
Work Schedule: 7P-7A '12 Hour Shifts, 3.5 4 days/week Opportunity for perm hire for the right candidate ' Production Line Support - lead all activities on assigned shift working towards production goals, material changes, and schedules. ' Continuous Improvement 5S, RCA and LEAN. ' Direction and Servant Leadership lead and provide direction and support to team of operators. ' 'Safety First attitude. ' Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skills Required
' Strong technical aptitude along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with SAP ' Experience supervising in a union environment ' Strong communication and people development skills - Effective communication (both written and verbally) and interpersonal skills - Demonstrated ability to manage complexity Proficiency with computers, including the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel) - Proven ability to effectively manage people - Strong problem solving ability - Ability to work with employees at all levels of the organization -Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate others -Candidate must be able to effectively function in a union environment and promote positive labor relations.

Experience Required
' Previous Operations Supervisor experience in a manufacturing environment ' Experience in Production reporting systems ' The ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing requests while maintaining a culture of accountability and execution ' Experience in the Food & Beverage industry

Education Required
' High School Diploma or GED and related work experience required ' BS/BA and/or significant related experience, preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
