Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant ARH, an award winning civil engineering firm, is seeking a Marketing Assistant to join our growing Marketing Department. The successful candidate will possess an impeccable attention to detail, strong organization skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks at once and a desire to work both independently and in a collaborative environment. Graphic design ability will be an added benefit.
Primary:
o The primary responsibility will be the organization and execution of our competitive contracting efforts. This will include; the development of proposal packages, tracking of the proposal process and the management of our proposal documents.
Additional Responsibilities
o Efficiently organize our client contact efforts
o Assist in the preparation of corporate events and client outings
o Facilitate ARH sponsorship opportunities
o Assist in the strategic execution of overall marketing efforts
o Coordinate ARH social media pages

Qualifications
o Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Marketing, Communications or English
o Recent college graduate or up to (2) years of marketing experience
o Impeccable attention to detail
o Strong written and verbal communication skills
o Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple deadlines
o Ability to maintain confidentiality
o Knowledge of popular social media platforms
o Strong proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs
o Design skills a plus
o Punctuality and reliability
o Ability to prioritize, multi-task, meet deadlines, and coordinate own workEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
