Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support and assistance to residents in an assisted living or nursing home setting - Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming - Help residents with mobility and transfers, including lifting and positioning - Monitor and document residents' health status and report any changes to the appropriate staff - Assist with meal preparation and feeding, ensuring dietary needs are met - Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents - Provide companionship and emotional support to residents - Follow all safety protocols and procedures, including first aid training
Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care or a similar role is preferred - Knowledge of dementia care techniques is a plus - Ability to drive is preferred Skills:
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff - Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with seniors - Ability to lift and assist with the movement of residents as needed Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
