Our hospital is a small animal, full-service general practice hospital in Hammonton New Jersey.
We see wellness as well as sick appointments, and we are able to run most diagnostics in house.
This position would be primarily checking in and checking out patients and clients, answering phones, making appointments, screening/responding to emails, handling online prescriptions requests, and communicating with clients.
Our ideal candidate is a great multi-tasker, efficient worker, team player, great customer service skills, friendly, positive, punctual, reliable, and dependable.
We are daytime only Monday - Friday 8am-6pm, and Saturdays 8:
30am-1:
00pm.
No overnights! Experience as a Veterinary Receptionist preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
