We are looking for an experienced Roofer to join our team, bringing expertise in roof repairs and full roof replacements, critical for the successful installation of solar panels and customer satisfaction.
Key
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to determine the best course of action for repairs or full replacements.
Perform skilled roofing tasks, including removing old roofing materials, installing new roofing systems, and ensuring proper waterproofing and sealing.
Work on a variety of roof types in preparation for solar panel installations, ensuring structural integrity and compliance with safety standards.
Collaborate with our solar installation team to ensure roofing modifications meet the requirements for solar panel systems.
Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and procedures.
Provide expert advice on roofing materials and methods and assist in project planning and estimation.
Communicate effectively with clients and team members, providing updates and progress reports.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a professional roofer, with expertise in roof repairs and full roof replacements.
Knowledge of various roofing systems and materials, and the ability to work on different roof types.
Strong understanding of construction and roofing techniques, tools, and equipment.
Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Valid driver's license and ability to travel to different job sites.
