Successful candidate will provide administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling, and day to day activities, for the various crews.
Hours needed are Monday-Friday 8:
30am -5:
00 pm.
Applicants must be reliable and dependable.
Excellent verbal and written skills are necessary.
Proper phone etiquette is necessary.
Applicant must have experience with various forms of office software and equipment.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Answering phones and accurately taking messages -Maintain the manager's appointment schedule -Maintain the foremen's schedules - Scheduling and confirming customer appointments -Preparing estimates and invoices to be mailed out -Must be proficient with Microsoft Office -Candidates with Quick-books experience are encouraged to apply Job Type:
