com Duties:
Perform the day-to-day administrative tasks of the HR Department including filing, copying, data entry.
Administration of FMLA.
Maintaining organized employee and other files in accordance with legal requirements and best practices.
Completion of annual EEO-1 and ACA reporting Coordinate outside training Benefit administration Back up for recruiting and orientations Embrace The Kramer Beverage Formula of Success.
Perform in a team environment while independently completing detailed tasks.
Compensation:
Pay:
$19-$21/hr.
Monday - Friday work week Hybrid work-at-home up to 2 days/In-office work at least 3 days Medical, prescription, dental, 401K, Profit Sharing Vacation, PTO, Holidays
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience working in a Human Resources Department.
Minimum 3 years in administrative functions.
Highly detail-oriented, organized, multitasker.
Adherence to strict confidentiality Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and iOs and iOs apps (Apple iPad/iPhone) Knowledge of ADP and/or other HRIS systems.
Bilingual strongly preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
